Theobroma' is the Greek name for Cocoa, and it literally means 'food of the gods'. For centuries the taste of cocoa was a luxury reserved for the few. Today, we take the taste of cocoa to new heights by combining it with the unique taste of our gourmet liquorice.
We always use chocolate of the highest quality in our chocolate coated products. The flavour notes of dark chocolate are nuanced, intense and slightly bitter because of the high amount of cocoa in the recipe.
In our C – Dark & Coffee Choc Coated Liquorice we use roasted Arabica coffee beans with an intense and well-rounded flavour.

64 % Belgian dark chocolate (cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, emulsifier: soy lecithin, natural vanilla flavouring), rice flour, invert sugar syrup, cane sugar, treacle, 4.8 % roasted coffee beans (Arabica), 2.3 % raw liquorice, glucose, rapeseed oil, alkalized cocoa, salt, anise oil, glazing agent: shellac. Minimum 55 % cocoa solids. Protect from heat and moisture.
