We always use chocolate of the highest quality in our chocolate coated products. The flavour notes of dark chocolate are nuanced, intense and slightly bitter because of the high amount of cocoa in the recipe.

Maldon sea salt has a pure flavour – fresh and without bitterness, and the sea salt crystals have a delightful, crunchy and flaky texture.

63% dark and milk chocolate (cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, emulsifier: soy lecithin, natural vanilla flavour), rice flour, invert sugar syrup, sugar, treacle, glucose syrup, 2.3 % raw liquorice, 0.9 % sea salt, rapeseed oil, salt, cocoa butter, glazing agent: shellac, anise oil. Minimum 57 % cocoa solids. Gluten free. Protect from heat and moisture.
