Are you the last-minute type? That's not a problem. If you order before 15:00 CET (3pm) your order will leave our warehouse on the same day. However, delays unfortunately can happen.
Orders placed on Friday after 15:00 (3pm) or during weekend will be packaged during the weekend, but usually not sent out before the following working day.

Yes. Once we dispatch your order, we will send out a tracking number for you to follow your package.
Yes, a personal message printed on a card is available for all online orders free of charge. To do so, tick the checkbox and put in a message in step 2 of the checkout process.
You can see the shelf life of the particular product in the best before field on the packaging. All our products have a 10-month expiration from the date of production. They need to be stored dry and not too hot.
We do not ship any products with less than three months of remaining shelf life.
If your order was not as you expected, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at the latest. We only accept unopened products. The cost of getting the package back to us is yours, but we will happily cover the cost of sending any replacement to you.
