When will my package arrive?

Your package should arrive in the below mentioned number of days. However, delays with our couriers occasionally happen.

Please check your dispatched email to check your tracking link. Keep in mind that tracking information can take 24-48 hours to update. Please be patient with updates, especially around the weekend.

If you have chosen STANDARD SHIPPING option, your package typically arrives in:

I haven't received my order yet

Delivery can vary from 1-14 business days, depending on destination. We appreciate your patience and please check your tracking link for any updates.

Please check your dispatched email to find tracking link for your package. Keep in mind that tracking information can take 24-48 hours to update.


  1. Check your order confirmation for any misspellings or if we have the correct address.
  2. Please contact us and tell us if you found an error in your address information. Our customer representatives will help you out and contact our courier to locate the problem.
  3. If the courier lost your package or the package arrives in a bad condition, please let us know, so we can provide you with options.
How late can I place my order?

Are you the last-minute type? That's not a problem. If you order before 15:00 CET (3pm) your order will leave our warehouse on the same day. However, delays unfortunately can happen.

Orders placed on Friday after 15:00 (3pm) or during weekend will be packaged during the weekend, but usually not sent out before the following working day.

Prices for EXPRESS SHIPPING varies with destination and/or size of shipment. Please find your price when you checkout. Prices start at $19.

Our free shipping applies to countries we have a shipping partner. If the country you selected doesn't have a local partner, we can ship with DHL Express - however, this will be at extra charge, depending on region.

Please note that all costs related to local customs are not covered by Lakrids by Bülow A/S.
This do also include inspections fee, such as BTA prior notice.

I am missing something in my package

If you received a package with missing items, please contact us and include your order number and the name of your missing item(s). We'll send you a replacement immediately and let our warehouse know, so it doesn't happen again.

We apologize for any delays or inconvenience this might cause, however mistakes happen even though we work really hard for it to not. 

I received melted/ruined products

If you received a package with melted or ruined items, please contact us and have the following information at hand:

  • Your order number. You can find this in your order confirmation email. It usually looks something like this: LBB000123456
  • A picture of the product if its in a bad condition, melted, ruined or in other way not edible.

We'll look at the issue and present you with different options to either receive a credit or the order shipped to you again. All cost are covered by us.

Can I get this to my country?

We would love to be able to deliver to every single country in the world, however, unfortunately, that is not possible at the moment.

This is usually because of shipping or customs restrictions around the world and/or temperature issues. Our products are very heat sensitive, so some regions of the world have proven too hard to ship to.

Thank you for understanding and keep a lookout for express shipping options in the future.


Do you offer free shipping?

Yes we do have free shipping offers in countries where we have a shipping partner. If the country you selected doesn't have a local partner, we can ship with DHL Express - however, this will be at extra charge, depending on region.

Do I get a tracking number when ordering?

Yes. Once we dispatch your order, we will send out a tracking number for you to follow your package.


Can I return my package/product?

If your order was not as you expected, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at the latest. We only accept un-opened products. The cost of getting the package back to us is yours, but we will happily cover the cost of sending any replacement to you.

Do I have to pay for return postage?
