• 300 g flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 3.5 dl buttermilk
  • 50 g sugar
  • 1 tsp flake salt
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 50 g melted butter
  • 180 g fresh blueberries
  • SWEET LIQUORICE SYRUP (Used as a topping)


Whisk together the sugar, eggs and buttermilk. In a new bowl, mix together the flour and baking powder and sieve it into the batter. Add the melted butter before finally adding the fresh blueberries. Fry the pancakes in butter, in small blobs, in a frying pan on medium heat.

Serve with fresh blueberries and SWEET LIQUORICE SYRUP.
