• 2 dl sugar
  • 1/2 dl water
  • Juice of 6 lemons
  • Peel half a lemon
  • 4 cl. vodka of your own choice

Start by peeling the lemon with a sharp knife making sure to use an organic lemon as the peel will be used in the recipe. Put the lemon peel in the vodka. Squeeze the lemon juice over the sugar. Stir together and leave until the sugar has dissolved. Mix with the vodka and transfer it to the glass jar. Leave at room temperature for 24 hours, then chill and serve with a little prosecco.
