Your package should arrive within the below-mentioned number of days. However, delays with our couriers occasionally happen.

Please check your email to find your shipping confirmation including a tracking link. Keep in mind that updating tracking information can take up to 24-48 hours and because we ship from Denmark, some tracking links will only be updated when the parcel reaches the country of destination. Please be patient with updates, especially around the weekends.

If you have selected the STANDARD SHIPPING option, shipping of your parcel, after it has been dispatched, is:

• Norway: Up to 9 business days

• Sweden: Up to 7 business days

• Germany: Up to 6 business days

• Finland: Up to 10 business days

• United Kingdom: Up to 7 business days

• Mainland Europe: Up to 12 business days

• Rest of the world: up to 14 business days

If you have selected the DHL EXPRESS DELIVERY option, shipping of your parcel, after it has been dispatched, is:

• Europe: 1-3 business days

Orders are usually dispatched from our warehouse the same day as we receive them. Once dispatched, we cannot cancel the order, unfortunately.

You have a 14-day right of return from the day the order is received. Please write to [email protected] with the order number. This must be done before the item is returned. Return costs are borne by you and the parcel must not be sent to a parcel droppoint / locker. You can only choose to get a refund.
