2 dl sugar
1/2 dl water
Juice of lemons (6 lemons)
Peel of half a lemon
4 cl. vodka of your own choice


Total time: 20 minutes

First peel the lemon with a sharp knife. Make sure to use an organic lemon, as the peel is used for the recipe. Add the lemon zest to the vodka. Squeeze the lemon juice over the sugar. Stir and leave until the sugar has dissolved.
