A winter cocktail that combines good old-fashioned class with an exotic twist. The talented bartenders from Helium Bar in Copenhagen have been inspired by our Dark Love and have mixed a sweet cocktail with rum, cocoa butter, liquorice syrup and sour notes of Japanese yuzu.
Ingredients
1.5 cl of lime |
1 cl Lillet |
1 cl Sweet Liquorice Syrup |
3 cl Banks 5 rum |
1.5 cl Mozart Dry Cocoa Liqueur |
Instructions
Shake all the ingredients well before serving the cocktail with liquorice and yuzu foam in a cocktail glass. Decorate with shells from the yuzu fruit.
