OYSTERS WITH LIQUORICE VINAIGRETTE
Oysters pair beautifully with a hint of liquorice.
SNACK OR STARTER FOR 2-4 PERSONS
12 oysters
VINAIGRETTE
2 tbsp. white wine vinegar
1 tsp. SYRUP - LIQUID LIQUORICE
3 tbsp. good olive oil
1 tbsp. finely chopped shallot

EXTRAS
Optional: salt or crushed ice
Lemon wedges
Mix white wine vinegar with liquorice syrup, olive oil, and shallots.
Open the oysters and serve them - preferably on a bed of salt or crushed ice - with the vinaigrette and lemon wedges.
TIP:
Oysters are one of the finest delicacies. Serve them for a small group or present them on a large tray with ice and let your guests open them themselves.
