"SYRUP is a dark, intense syrup. Made from blocks of raw liquorice and molasses, it has a complex, caramel-like sweetness with a slight acidity. To round off the flavour, the syrup contains a hint of salt and real Madagascan vanilla to complement the sweetness. Although this syrup was developed for our soft ice, it is also perfect as a topping for ice cream, iced coffee, or chilli con carne. Alternatively, try spicing up cucumber slices, strawberries, or watermelon with the liquorice syrup. The only limit is your imagination."
