Sweet and sour rhubarb with cinnamon

Ingredients

1 dl apple cider vinegar
1 dl sugar
1 dl water
1 cinnamon stick
1 bunch of rhubarb
1 SLOW CRAFTED Jar

Instructions


Bring cinnamon, vinegar, sugar and water to a boil. Chop the rhubarb and cover it with the pickle layer. Leave for 3 days.

Enjoy with grilled meat or fish in the summer
