Together with Production Manager Tage, Johan developed the idea of coating gourmet liquorice with chocolate. The concept of covering liquorice in chocolate was already known by the Icelanders, but Johan and Tage wanted to take the idea to the next level.

It is all about creating the perfect combination of the right chocolate with the right type of liquorice, and today we explore the magic that both dark chocolate, milk chocolate, white chocolate, and dulce chocolate can create with liquorice.

In this category we have products from A-F which is our Classic Assortment. Enjoy A - THE ORIGINAL where sweet liquorice is spun in milk chocolate and coated in fine liquorice powder or maybe you find that you like how the acidity from the passionfruit meets luscious white chocolate in a perfect sweet yet fruity bite with B - PASSIONFRUIT.
